Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 4 hours before your session, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the session fee will be charged.

When booking, we will ask for your contact details, hotel details and the information required for invoicing.
Before your session, you will receive an email from us asking for some additional information about your experience, questions and the goals you would like to achieve during the session. This allows us to prepare your 1-on-1 training and make the best use of your time.
No. You provide your billing details during the booking process. We will invoice your hotel/company after the booking has been confirmed.
The Expert Pass gives you a bundle of short 1-on-1 expert sessions for ANAIS and Cvent. Whenever you have a question, simply book a session through our online booking calendar.
The Expert Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be booked and used within this period.
You are responsible for keeping track of how many sessions you have used and how many remain available on your Expert Pass. Any unused sessions expire at the end of the 12-month validity period.

Expert 1-on-1 is designed for experienced users who want to work on their own questions, cases or challenges with an expert.
Yes. All sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams. You will receive the Microsoft Teams meeting details before your scheduled session, allowing you to join directly from your hotel, office or another suitable location.
Yes. The training combines ANAIS (salesforce) and Cvent in one 1-on-1 session. We focus on how both platforms are used together in your daily work, including the relevant workflows, processes and practical questions.
Yes. The session is personal and dedicated entirely to you. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and focus on the topics that are most relevant to your work.
