Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Cvent and ANAIS 1-on-1 training and expert support services provided by IforSales.
By completing a booking through our website, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and that they are authorised to make the booking on behalf of their hotel or organisation.
1. Training and services
We provide personal 1-on-1 online training and expert support for Cvent and ANAIS.
The following options may be booked through our website:
- Basics 1-on-1 Training
- Expert 1-on-1 Support
- Expert Pass
The exact duration, content and price of each service are shown on the website at the time of booking.
2. Online training via Microsoft Teams
All training and expert support sessions are provided online via Microsoft Teams, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
The participant will receive the necessary meeting details before the scheduled session.
The participant is responsible for having:
- a suitable internet connection;
- a computer with functioning audio;
- access to Microsoft Teams; and
- where required, access to Cvent or ANAIS.
Technical problems on the participant’s side do not automatically entitle the Client to a refund or replacement session.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to find a practical solution.
3. Booking via Calendly
Training and expert support sessions can be booked online through the Calendly booking application integrated into our website.
The Client selects an available date and time through Calendly and provides the requested contact, hotel and billing information.
A booking is considered confirmed once the booking process has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been sent.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is complete and correct.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in euros and exclude VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The price displayed at the time of booking applies to the selected training, expert session or Expert Pass.
Any applicable VAT will be added to the invoice.
5. Invoicing and payment
Following completion of the booking through our website, an invoice will be sent to the billing email address provided by the Client.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
The Client is responsible for providing complete and correct billing information during the booking process.
Any internal purchase order, approval procedure or other administrative requirement of the Client does not affect the payment obligation or agreed payment term.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change.
A booked session may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to four (4) hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation or rescheduling should be completed through the relevant booking link, where available, or by contacting us directly.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 4 hours
If the Client cancels or requests to reschedule a session less than four (4) hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the applicable session fee will remain payable.
For sessions booked using an Expert Pass, 50% of the applicable session credit will be deducted from the Expert Pass.
No-show
If the Client does not attend the scheduled session and has not cancelled or requested to reschedule the session in advance, this will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the applicable session fee will remain payable.
For sessions booked using an Expert Pass, the full applicable session credit will be deducted from the Expert Pass.
7. No-show
If the participant does not attend the scheduled Microsoft Teams session and has not cancelled or requested a reschedule before the scheduled start time, this will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:
- the session is considered used;
- the full fee remains payable;
- no refund or credit will be issued; and
- the session cannot be rescheduled free of charge.
The one-time rescheduling option described in Article 6 does not apply to a no-show.
For sessions booked using an Expert Pass, the relevant session or credit will be deducted from the Expert Pass.
8. Late arrival
If the participant joins the Microsoft Teams session late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time.
The session will not automatically be extended and no refund or credit will be provided for time missed as a result of late arrival.
9. Cancellation or rescheduling by us
If we are unable to provide the session due to illness, technical problems or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to reschedule the session.
The Client will be offered an alternative date and time at no additional cost.
If we cancel a session and no suitable alternative can be agreed, any amount already paid for that session will be refunded or credited.
10. Basics 1-on-1 Training
Basics 1-on-1 Training is intended for participants who want to learn or refresh the essential functions and workflows of Cvent or ANAIS.
The session is provided individually and allows the participant to ask questions during the training.
The exact content may vary depending on the participant’s existing knowledge and questions.
11. Expert 1-on-1 Support
Expert 1-on-1 Support is intended for participants who already use Cvent or ANAIS and require assistance with specific questions, workflows, cases or challenges.
The Client may provide questions or topics during the booking process so that the expert can prepare for the session.
We will use reasonable efforts to assist with the topics discussed, but cannot guarantee that every question, technical issue or case can be fully resolved within the booked session time.
12. Expert Pass
The Expert Pass provides access to the number and duration of short expert support sessions specified on our website at the time of purchase.
An Expert Pass is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
All sessions included in the Expert Pass must be booked and used within this six-month period.
Unused sessions or credits automatically expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Expert Pass sessions:
- must be booked in advance through Calendly;
- are subject to availability;
- must be used within six months of purchase;
- cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- cannot be extended beyond the validity period unless explicitly agreed by us in writing.
The cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and no-show conditions contained in these Terms & Conditions apply separately to every session booked using an Expert Pass.
13. Training materials and intellectual property
Any training materials, documentation, templates, presentations or other materials provided as part of a training or expert session remain the intellectual property of IforSales or the applicable rights holder, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Materials are provided for the participant’s own internal professional use.
They may not be sold, published, reproduced for commercial purposes or distributed to third parties without prior written permission.
14. Confidentiality
Information shared by the Client during a 1-on-1 session will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or agreed with the Client.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any information, data or materials shared during the session may lawfully be disclosed.
15. Cvent, ANAIS and third-party platforms
Our Cvent and ANAIS training and expert support are independent professional services.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, IforSales does not act on behalf of Cvent, Accor, Microsoft or any other third-party software or service provider.
Third-party platforms, functionality, procedures and interfaces may change over time. We therefore cannot guarantee the continued availability or operation of specific third-party functionality discussed during a session.
16. Responsibility and limitation of liability
Our training and expert support services are provided with reasonable professional care and are intended for educational and advisory purposes.
The Client and participant remain fully responsible for their own use of Cvent, ANAIS and any other systems before, during and after the training or expert support session.
Any actions taken by the Client or participant within Cvent or ANAIS, including but not limited to entering, modifying, deleting, uploading, downloading, publishing or sending information, configurations, rates, offers, proposals or other data, are carried out at the Client’s own responsibility.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and verifying any changes, configurations, data or actions before implementing or submitting them in a live environment.
We are not responsible for errors, incorrect configurations, data loss, incorrect submissions, missed opportunities, loss of revenue or other consequences resulting from actions taken by the Client or participant in Cvent, ANAIS or any other third-party system following our training or advice.
We do not guarantee that the use of our training, recommendations or expert support will achieve a particular commercial, operational or financial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit, business, data or opportunities.
Where we are nevertheless legally liable for direct damages, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific training, Expert 1-on-1 session or Expert Pass giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
17. Personal data
Personal data provided when booking a session will be processed for the purposes of administering the booking, providing the service, communicating with the Client and invoicing.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
18. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions and agreements relating to our training and expert support services are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably.
